Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing sponsors for our YouTube videos, mini shows, and web shows, as well as selling digital video ads, video ads, and short-form content to brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital media and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for YouTube videos, mini shows, and web shows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
- Create compelling sponsorship packages that align with the needs and goals of prospective sponsors.

2. Ad Sales:
- Sell digital video ads, video ads, and short-form content to brands and agencies.
- Develop and present customized advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.

3. Revenue Generation:
- Explore and implement various revenue streams to maximize overall revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to identify new monetization opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement.

4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Regularly update clients on the progress and performance of their campaigns.

5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Use insights and data to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital media or advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital content, video production, and online marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
